Bose Ogulu is the child of Benson Idoniye, a distinguished Nigerian radio broadcaster and music critic who also manages Fela Kuti, a well-known afrobeat musician.

She was born on November 19th, 1967 and is 56 years old. She graduated from the University of Port Harcourt with a Bachelor of Arts in foreign languages and a Masters of Arts in translation.
